Time Trial Winter 2024

Start of 2024 begins with a time trial at Maidstone Swimming Club at Maidstone Leisure Centre. I did a personal best
in 50m front crawl of 39.88sec and broke in to 30's. It will be a long and hard journey to get to lower 30's which is
my next goal. Also I think I got the butterfly technique mostly right, which is a plus.
