Giraffe Project
A school project poster all about giraffes, their habitats, diet, and fun facts.
This was a school project I completed on the 24th of March 2026. It's all about giraffes and their amazing features!
The Poster
Giraffes are the tallest land animals on Earth. They have incredibly long necks that help them reach leaves high up in the trees of the African savanna.
In this project, I included lots of interesting facts about their habitat, diet (mostly acacia leaves!), unique spotted patterns, and why they are such gentle giants. I had a lot of fun researching and creating the illustrations for this poster.
I learned that giraffes can run really fast and have powerful kicks to defend themselves. Their long tongues are also blueish-purple to protect them from sunburn!
This project helped me understand more about wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting animals like giraffes in their natural environment.
